Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Constream's presence and market share in Africa.
• Identify and prioritize key markets, industries, and potential clients within Africa.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and success in the African market.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies and opportunities.
• Represent Constream at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles within the technology or construction industry, with a focus on the African market.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry in Africa, including market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and partners.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth and success.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
